Case managers on site to help coordinate services for residents. The following services could either be offered on-site, or coordinated with services in the local community.

1. Medical Care – 2-3 exam rooms; volunteer medical staff come in a few days a week
2. Detox services (would only be coordinated off-site)
3. Mental Health Care – 2-3 offices to be used by therapists
4. Dental Care – off-site; contract with dental schools or dental offices in the area
5. Hair stylist/barber – 2-3 hair stations; 1-2 sinks
6. Donation Center – “store front” area, smaller area in back to sort donations; washer/dryer
